SHIPPING

Packing and shipping are determined on a piece by piece and case by case basis.  Numerous variables are weighed in accordance with an object's characteristics and a client's needs.  Depending on the time frame, location, size, weight, type, material, and value of an object various packing and shipping services may be required and or applied.  All packing, shipping, and handling expenses are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise noted and agreed to. 

In general for smaller objects, items will be shipped both locally and internationally with either FedEx or DHL. Clients have the choice to select premium shipping options such as expedited 1, 2, or 3 day, air, or freight, however our standard shipping procedure is via the slowest and most cost effective route.  We strive to ship items out within 3 - 5 days of purchase and most destinations can expect arrival of parcels within 14 days.  However we cannot be responsible for logistical delays or issues with the supply chain.  

For medium to large sized objects, a more specialized service is often required and will likely be protracted through a professional art logistics company or service.  Depending on the nature of the item, this may include special packing, crating, and delivery services which will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please consult with our team before acquisition for quotes and arrangements.
