Returns & Replacements

Online and In store purchases
All sales are final. No cash refunds may be made, however, full credit for exchange is indefinitely allowed on all objects purchased from our gallery with the exception of a few consigned items. Items may only be returned in case of online misrepresentation or lack of authenticity. Any claim of misrepresentation must be made within fifteen (15) days of order receipt, along with proof of test results, expert reports, etc. Item must be returned in its original condition. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, Monument LA must be contacted within 2 days with a full description of the damages.

Lack of Authenticity
Monument LA guarantees the authenticity and ownership history of every item. Any claim disputing authenticity must be made in writing by the original purchaser upon discovering the lack of authenticity. The original purchaser must return the item to Monument LA, along with proof of test results and expert reports, in the same condition and state as it was received.

Payment and Pricing

All items are offered subject to prior sale. All prices are subject to change without notice, however, if the prce is currently listed on the website at the time customer wishes to purchase, that price will be guaranteed. The following credit cards are honored: American Express, Visa, Mastercard. Direct wire transfers and purchases by check are also accepted. A deferred payment plan is available, however, title remains with Monument LA until payment is made in full.
