Medium: Alabaster

Round in form, with intersecting inner walls forming a cross and creating clossones

with Heinz Herzer, prior to 1964. Resandro collection, acquired from the above.

A section of rim (approx. 6 cm. wide) has been restored with cream-coloured infill. Minor worn chips to rim with an area of flaked chips to one side of vessel. Light dirt encrustation along raised band and some brown staining to rim. Hairline stress crack on one side of vessel, running from rim to underside of vessel.
Faint traces of pencil reading '20..' on underside.
