The God is powerfully carved standing in ‘tribhanga’ within an arched niche supported by slender columns, wearing a garland and tiara of skulls, holding a rattle drum in his upper right hand, his long locks of hair bound up in conical form held upright by his crown, flanked by an attendant holding a flywhisk to his right, the arch deeply carved with a foliate border.

Good condition overall, damage to the arms of central figure, abrasions to the face, forehead and nose, with minor chips to the architectural details, break in lower right corner of the composition.
