A winged Eros, wearing a billowing cape, holds his bow in his outstretched right arm and a quiver strapped across his torso. He stands leaning backwards with his weight on his left leg, encircled by a foliate and beribboned fillet, and bordered above and below with triangular band. The composition made up of multicoloured tesserae on a black ground, smoothed to an almost reflective surface.

Patches of greyish coloured infill visible in places. Tesserae covered in varnish. Set in concrete.
