A vibrant and evocative scene is sculpted in low relief on this Old Kingdom stone fragment. We see a seated male wearing a shendyt-kilt, holding a tall stave in each hand.  He wears a short wig, with elongated eyes and slightly pursed lips in the form of a gentle smile.

Broken away on all sides as visible in illustration. Lower edge attached to a wood black base. Minor wear to the carved surface.
